Hari ni genap 21 hari arwah apak pergi meninggalkan kami sekeluarga selama-lamanya. Semoga arwah ditempatkan bersama-sama dengan orang yang beriman, ditempatkan di syurga yang paling mulia dan dilepaskan dari seksaan azab api neraka...Amin.

Soldier of Fortune

My father had a heart attack and has been hospitalized since Saturday in the Ipoh General Hospital.
He had been working his heart out all his life, raising us, his five children. Even before he was admitted to the hospital he was not resting though there was no need for him to work. After he retired from the army when he was 40, we moved to our hometown in Tapah Road, Perak, which is still a sorry excuse for a little town after all these years, and he's been doing so many jobs to feed us.
We weren't rich and we lived by holding on to the last bit of rice we could afford. My parents weren't UMNO members so there was no way the UMNO, whose members self-proclaimed savior of the Malays would help us. And we wouldn't sell out principles so we could live off subsidies either. I have long ditched any hope of getting any money from my Bumiputra status and I don't even care about my race. All I care about is me, and my loved ones.

Cari Idol
Salam semua..
Lama tak update huhhu.
Sekarang ni bz dengan keje baru then CARI IDOL. Mula2 aku ingat main2 je rupanya aku tersenarai untuk masuk dalam pertandingan ni kat forum CARI. Setiap orang diberi pilihan untuk memilih lagu sendiri mengikut tema yang diberikan, rakan guna software yang sesuai dan submit. So user/ forumer la yang mengundi setelah mendengar demo yang dihantar setiap minggu. Alhamdulillah. Untuk Spectacular 1 & 2 aku dah terlepas.
Spectacular 1 - Tema "Your Idol" so aku nyanyi lagu dari feveret singer aku, Natalie Imbruglia, TORN.

Ni antara comments yang aku terima dari pihak juri. Hahaha.
"Adakah anda menyanyi sambil mendengar lagu asal menggunakan headphone? Suara tak all out. Nyanyian tak bermaya seolah olah nyanyi dalam bilik macam takut mak kat luar tu marah.
Dari awal lagu sampai habis, tone suara sama dan mendatar seperti anda menyanyi 2 verse dan selepas itu "cut and paste".
Lagu ini mengekspressikan perasaan marah/kecewa yang mendalam setelah diperdaya oleh sang kekasih.Namun begitu, anda menyanyikan lagu itu seperti anda yang bersalah pada kekasih anda.
Attitude dalam nyanyian hampir tiada.

"Nyanyian yang agak mendatar dan biasa-biasa sahaja mungkin kerana pemilihan lagu yang sebegini dimana ia tidak menguji kemampuan lontaran vokal samada sangat bagus atau sememangnya inilah hasil nyanyian terbaik kamu? Kedengaran terlalu simple dan save!"

"Alunan vocal you, dynamic, styling just nice. Unfortunately , kejiwaan lagu tu masih tak sampai lagi. "
"But I think if you use mix voice instead of normal girl voice ( high in chest register/girl speech level + normal headtone) over and over again in this singing, it will be fantastic. Mix voice is combination of head + chest that join together to produce more good frequencies and richer than head voice. Then you can give energetic and emotional impact as per required for this song. According to some of vocal coaches’ kat western, byk Grammy Winner use this approach. Some say that prominent and giant Guru vocal coach like Brett Manning suka menekankan teknik ini. Then only you will be like, shooting a target and boom, hit it accurately."
